基于CWXO的难降解工业有机废水资源化处理

Resource Recovery from Industrial Wastewater via CWXO

       本研究旨在突破传统“处理”理念,聚焦高浓度、高毒性、难生物降解的工业有机废水,寻求资源化回收的新路径。本方向针对难降解工业有机废水,致力于开发以催化氧化为核心的资源化处理技术。核心技术CWXO(涵盖催化湿式氧化CWAO, 催化湿式过氧化氢氧化CWPO, 催化臭氧氧化CWOO等)通过多种催化路径,将废水中的有机污染物选择性氧化为以小分子羧酸(如乙酸)为主的碳资源,而非彻底矿化,从而实现废水净化与碳资源回收的协同目标。最终排放洁净水体,实现了从“末端治理”到“资源回收”的范式转变     


The research aims to shift from conventional "treatment-only" approaches by focusing on high-concentration, toxic, and bio-recalcitrant industrial organic wastewater, with an emphasis on resource recovery. It is dedicated to developing resource-oriented treatment technologies centered on catalytic oxidation. The core technology, CWXO (encompassing Catalytic Wet Air Oxidation CWAO, Catalytic Wet Peroxide Oxidation CWPO, Catalytic Ozone Oxidation CWOO, etc.), selectively oxidizes organic pollutants in wastewater into carbon resources—primarily small-molecule carboxylic acids (e.g., acetic acid)—rather than achieving complete mineralization. This enables the dual goals of wastewater purification and carbon resource recovery. The process ultimately discharges clean water, representing a paradigm shift from "end-of-pipe treatment" to "resource recycling."
