浙江优创材料科技股份有限公司于2021年在浙江绍兴建设了一套染料中间体废水催化湿式氧化处理装置，于2021年8月开车。装置年处理染料中间体废水2.0万吨，1kg CODCr经过CWAO装置后可削减0.7 kg CODCr，每天可削减2100 kg CODCr。该项目废水COD为4~6万mg/L，盐含量为3~6% ，是典型的高含盐高COD废水。
项目通过催化湿式氧化大幅降低了高盐废水中有机物含量，提高了后续废水生化处理稳定性，为企业带来了良好的经济效益。
In 2021, Zhejiang Youchuang Material Technology Co., Ltd. built a catalytic wet air oxidation (CWAO) treatment device for dye intermediate wastewater in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, and started operation in August 2021. The annual treatment capacity is 20,000 tons of dye intermediate production wastewater. About 70% of CODCr can be removed after passing through the CWAO plant, and 2100 kg COD can be reduced every day.The wastewater COD was 40,000 to 60,000 mg/L and salt content was 3~6%. It is a typical high-salinity and high-COD wastewater.
The project significantly reduced the organic content in high salt wastewater through catalytic wet oxidation, improved the stability of subsequent wastewater biochemical treatment, and brought good economic benefits to the enterprise.
