
利民化工有限公司于2017年在江苏新沂建设了一套农药生产废水催化湿式氧化处理装置,于2017年6月开车。装置年处理农药生产废水4.8万吨,1kg CODCr经过CWAO装置后可削减0.9 kg CODCr,每天可削减12960 kg CODCr。该项目处理的废水COD为10~12万 mg/L,盐含量为10~15% ,是典型的高含盐高COD废水。项目通过两级催化湿式氧化,大幅降低了高盐废水中有机物含量,提高了后续蒸发结晶效率及废水处理稳定性,为企业带来了良好的经济效益。
In 2017, Limin Chemical Co., Ltd. built a catalytic wet air oxidation (CWAO) treatment plant for pesticide production wastewater in Xinyi, Jiangsu. The plant has been operational in June. The annual treatment capacity is 48,000 tons of pesticide production wastewater. About 90% of CODCr can be removed after passing through the CWAO plant, and 12,960 kg CODCr can be reduced every day. The wastewater COD was 100,000 to 120,000 mg/L and salt content was 10~15%. It is a typical high-salinity and high-COD wastewater. The project significantly reduces the organic content in high salt wastewater through two-stage catalytic wet oxidation, improves the subsequent evaporation crystallization efficiency and wastewater treatment stability, and brings good economic benefits to the enterprise.
