中兵节能环保双氧水废水催化湿式过氧化氢氧化处理中试示范 CWPO Pilot Demonstration for Treating Hydrogen Peroxide Production Wastewater



       我组基于在CWPO技术上多年积累的经验,采用新型限域型催化剂,解决了传统芬顿氧化技术产生大量铁泥危废的难题,并可制备出优质复合碳源。2022年3月18日,在中兵节能环保公司的牵头组织下,我组与华锦联合石化形成产学研用协同创新体。团队与中兵节能环保公司共同制定试验方案并开展小试中试研究,2022年9月30日,完成小试研究。2023年4月,团队与中兵节能环保公司、大连科铎环境合作,针对蒽醌法制双氧水生产废水完成中试试验,实现了危废铁泥产量降低95%以上,运行费用降低45%以上,具备工业化放大条件。


       Based on years of experience in CWPO technology, our group has adopted a new type of confined catalyst to solve the problem of generating a large amount of iron sludge hazardous waste in traditional Fenton oxidation technology, and can prepare high-quality composite carbon sources. On March 18, 2022, under the leadership and organization of China North Energy and Environment Group Co., LTD., our group formed a collaborative innovation system with Huajin United Petrochemical, integrating industry, academia, research, and application. The team and Zhongbing Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Company jointly developed a test plan and conducted a pilot study. The pilot study was completed on September 30, 2022. In April 2023, the team collaborated with Zhongbing Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Company and Dalian Keduo Environment to complete a pilot test on the production wastewater of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method, achieving a reduction of over 95% in hazardous waste iron sludge production and a reduction of over 45% in operating costs, with conditions for industrial scaling up.
