研究内容:开发以物理法技术为核心的石化废水处理全流程工艺,揭示石化废水污染物与工艺单元的权重关系以及负荷分配优化。最终破乳剂使用量何VOCs产量降低100%,油泥、浮渣产量降低81%,总运行成本较传统方法降低51%。

Contents: Develop a complete process for petrochemical wastewater treatment based on physical technology, revealing the weight relationship between petrochemical wastewater pollutants and process units, as well as optimizing load distribution. 100% reduction in emulsifier usage and VOCs production, an 81% reduction in sludge and scum production, and a 51% reduction in total operating costs compared to traditional methods.
