研究内容:研发包含沸腾床振荡分离、结构聚结自转破乳、物理协同氧化膜生物反应器系统的2t/h甲醇制烯烃废水处理中试装置,验证组合工艺的脱固除油效能、悬浮物截滤精度和有机物降解极限;研制5000t/d甲醇制烯烃废水处理工程示范装置,并评价成套装置稳定性和经济性。

Contents: Develop a 2 - ton - per - hour pilot - scale device for methanol - to - olefins wastewater treatment incorporating a boiling bed oscillation separation, structured coalescence self - rotation demulsification, and physical - chemical oxidation membrane bioreactor system. Verify the solid - removing and oil - removing efficiency, stable operation, and economic viability of the combined process, and evaluate the stability and economy of the engineering demonstration device for treating 5,000 tons per day of coking wastewater.
