天津北方食品有限公司于2015年投资1500万元在天津市津南区内建设了一套糖精生产废水CWAO处理装置，年处理糖精生产废水2.9万t，1 kg CODCr经过CWAO装置后可削减0.9 kg CODCr，每天可削减1200 kg CODCr。COD减排量相当于300万吨/年的生活污水处理厂。该项目为环保治理项目，且不会造成二次污染，环境效益显著。
Tianjin North Food Co., Ltd. invested 15 million yuan in 2015 to build a sugar production wastewater CWAO treatment plant in Jinnan District, Tianjin. The plant can treat 29000 tons of sugar production wastewater annually, and 1 kg of COD can be reduced by 0.9 kg of CODCr after passing through the CWAO plant, resulting in a daily reduction of 1200 kg of COD. The COD emission reduction is equivalent to a domestic sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 3 million tons per year. This project is an environmental governance project that will not cause secondary pollution and has significant environmental benefits.
