（1）研究所为在站博士后（非在职）缴纳社会保险（五险），建立住房公积金。
（2）博士后薪资（中国籍，非在职）：平均年收入（税前）40万；年收入（税前）33万起（包含五险一金、地方补助，地方补助发放期2年；博士毕业不超过2年，可申请大连市高校毕业生住房补贴：3万/年，最多发放36个月）。在站博士后平均年收入（税前）40万，最高年收入>80万（根据2025年1月数据统计）。※年收入中包括生活补助和地方补助，地方支持政策以最新文件为准。
（3）优秀博士后支持计划：每年组织2-3次遴选，资助等次：A类 20万/年、B类 10万/年（执行期1年），在站期间可多次申报。
（4）其他支持：出站博士后留辽工作奖励：30万（博士毕业学校全球排名前200）；国家资助博士后计划：A档28万/年，B档18万/年，C档12万/年，资助2年；中国科学院特别研究助理资助项目：30万/年、35万/年（获得国资B档）、40万/年（获得国资A档），资助期2年。

Research Direction: Catalytic Pyrolysis of Biomass and Waste Plastics
1. Job Responsibilities
· Conduct research on catalytic pyrolysis of biomass and waste plastics.
· Develop and optimize catalysts for efficient conversion of solid wastes into renewable fuels/chemicals.
· Design and perform experiments, analyze reaction mechanisms, and characterize products.
· Collaborate with team members to advance integrated catalytic processes and contribute to publications/patents.
2. Qualifications
· Ph.D. in Industrial Catalysis, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
· Research background in pyrolysis/catalytic pyrolysis of biomass and waste plastics is preferred.
· Strong R&D capabilities and teamwork spirit.
3. Salary and Benefits
· The institute provides social insurance (five insurances) and housing provident fund for in-station postdocs (non-employed).
· Salary (Chinese nationals, non-employed):
- Average annual income (pre-tax): 400,000 CNY.
- Minimum annual income (pre-tax): 330,000 CNY (includes insurances, housing fund, and local subsidies for 2 years).
- Additional housing subsidy of 30,000 CNY/year (for ≤36 months) for Ph.D. graduates within 2 years of degree completion.
- Maximum annual income can exceed 800,000 CNY (based on January 2025 data).
· Outstanding Postdoc Support Program (selected 2–3 times/year):
- Grade A: 200,000 CNY/year; Grade B: 100,000 CNY/year (1-year tenure, renewable).
· Additional Support:
- 300,000 CNY reward for postdocs working in Liaoning after graduation (if Ph.D. awarded from top 200 global universities).
- National Postdoctoral Funding Program: Grade A: 280,000 CNY/year; B: 180,000 CNY/year; C: 120,000 CNY/year (2-year support).
- CAS Special Research Assistant Project: 300,000–400,000 CNY/year (2-year support).
